MyPaeds Christmas Closures
Dear Valued Families,
As we are approaching the holiday season, we would like to inform you that MyPaeds Specialist Clinic will have clinic closure from the 20th December 2025 to 4th January 2026 inclusive.
During this period, our business phone will not be contactable and the admin email inbox admin@mypaeds.au will only be monitored infrequently.
If you have any urgent matter related to the care of your child, including medical or mental health crisis, please kindly reach out to your local GP or hospital emergency during this period.
Medication Scripts
If you anticipate that you might run out of medication scripts during the holiday period, please kindly contact us by 10th December 2025 to book in a Script telehealth with your treating doctor.
Alternatively, most GPs will be able to provide an interim script as well, except for stimulant medications (such as Ritalin, Concerta, Vyvanse or Dexamphetamine), where proof of previous prescription might need to be sighted by the prescribing doctor.
New Patients
If you are contacting us to make an appointment as a new patient, please kindly email through the GP referral to admin@mypaeds.au, and our staff member will reach out to you when the clinic reopens to discuss.
The current waitlist to see our Paediatricians as a new patient is aproximately 6 months.
